Large-size Porcelain Slabs usher in a New Frontier in Urban Design

Large-size porcelain slabs now take on new meaning and encourage Canadian designers
and architects to think big with the launch of Maximum, a new collection of large-size porcelain
slabs from Savoia Canada Inc., the Canadian subsidiary of GranitiFiandre Group (Fiandre).
With an impressive size of up to 10’x5’ (or 120”x60”), Maximum tiles, from Savoia Canada,
are the largest, thinnest and most versatile porcelain surfaces to come to the Canadian market.
Maximum tiles are a result of state-of-the-art production and ecological processes and contain
recycled content. Each surface offers aesthetics, versatility and green efficiencies and can be
used for residential and commercial buildings as indoor and outdoor wall, floor, countertop,
partition coverings and more.
These cutting-edge tiles come in thickness levels of three and six millimetres; and because they
are thin, they can be placed overtop of existing wall and floor coverings, so nothing needs to be
demolished or shipped to landfills. In addition to the promise of a sleeker, more refined look,
these slabs also exhibit qualities of flexibility, adaptability, strength and lightness.

The Maximum line features three colour choices: Maximum Michelangelo Statuario, Maximum
Taxos and Maximum Marfil. All semi-polished finished porcelain tiles also come in a variety of
on-demand sizes and various thicknesses.
